Join HER Path Forward, Inc. in bringing nourishment, encouragement, and community care to women navigating breast cancer survivorship, divorce, and unemployment.

Through Thanksgiving Essentials of Hope, we’re distributing grocery kits filled with Thanksgiving staples and heartfelt encouragement cards. Each kit offers practical support and a reminder that no woman has to navigate her journey alone.

Ways to participate:

Donate food essentials: Stuffing mix, instant mashed potatoes, canned green beans and corn, cranberry sauce, gravy mix, cornbread mix, vegetable broth, sweet potatoes, cooking oil, rice, pinto beans, and tea bags.
Sponsor hope: Contribute toward food essentials or donate grocery gift cards.
Serve with us: Help sort donations, assemble bags, create encouragement cards, and prepare essentials for distribution.

Together, we can help make Thanksgiving a season of connection, generosity, and hope.

The $31 Self-Care Challenge

What if taking better care of yourself could also help another woman find her path forward?

This October, HER Path Forward, Inc. invites you to participate in the $31 Self-Care Challenge—31 days of intentionally choosing yourself while supporting women navigating breast cancer, divorce, unemployment, and other major life challenges.

Ask a friend, family member, coworker, or supporter to sponsor your self-care efforts for $1 each day you take intentional action. Throughout October, check in with yourself and make time for activities that support your well-being—whether that’s walking, exercising, journaling, praying or meditating, resting, spending time outside, or simply creating a quiet moment to reset.

Your goal is simple: Choose YOU from October 1–31 and earn $31 in sponsorship.

At the end of the challenge, donate your $31 sponsorship to HER Path Forward, Inc. Your commitment to caring for yourself will help us provide coaching, resources, community, and support to women working to move from overwhelm and uncertainty toward healing, clarity, confidence, and new possibilities.

Join us for a restorative experience designed to create space for reflection, connection, mental clarity, and renewal. Enjoy jasmine tea and guided journaling in a warm, supportive atmosphere while helping advance the work of HER Path Forward, Inc.
